Is gold finally making a comeback?
The question on everyone’s minds is why gold has failed to perform as expected for years. The answer lies in the influx of funds flowing into digital currencies, which many believe has suppressed the price of gold. However, with the recent slowdown in these investments due to multiple issues and fraudulent activities, gold may finally experience the run-up it deserves. Millennials and sophisticated investors who previously traded in digital markets are now considering gold as a store of wealth once again. With historic inflation rates, unstable stock markets, and global problems, gold may just be the shining star of the investment world.
So, the question arises – will gold see an increase in capital, and if so, how can you invest in it? One way is through Carlyle Commodities Corp CCC, a company that is solely focused on developing and advancing its 100% owned Newton Gold and Silver Project. The project is located in central British Columbia, Canada, near Williams Lake.

100% controlled tenure package totaling approximately 24,000 hectares.
To date, the Newton Project has had over 33,000 meters of drilling, and the company has completed its Phase 1 diamond drill program. The company successfully completed its Phase 1 diamond drill program by drilling one of the holes to a depth of 1,001 meters directly through the resource and extending to untested sections of the felsic domain at depth.

CONSISTENT MINERALIZATION FROM TOP TO BOTTOM
The drill hole encountered mineralization throughout the entire 1,001 meters of drill length encompassed in the felsic volcanic unit, which historically hosted much of the gold and silver mineralization.

MAIN ZONE – VEIN STOCKWORKS
- Typically, around 2 gpt Au
- Up to 8 gpt Au
- Ag can reach up to 200 gpt
- Pb, Zn, Mo are present as well
- The IP anomaly measures 4 km x 2 km and covers an area greater than 7 sq/km
- Yet, the current resource occupies slightly over 0.5 sq/km or just 7% of the anomaly
The Newton Gold Silver Project currently boasts a 2022 43-101 Inferred Resource Calculation of 861,400 Oz @ 0.63 g/t Au and 4,678,000 Oz @ 3.43 g/t Ag. The deposit covers just ~0.5 sq km, representing only ~7% of the project’s main anomaly, leaving marked room for resource expansion and new discovery zones.

Carlyle’s share capital was consolidated in September 2022 on a 10 for 1 basis, bringing the structure down to ~7.1m s/o. Post rollback, the company has raised over $2.5M CAD dollars, bringing the total issued and outstanding to ~23M shares outstanding. Proceeds from the capital raise will be used to finance further drill programs and initiate various other corporate advancements early in 2023.

The flagship Newton Project is comparable to Artemis Gold’s Blackwater Project, located 180 km to the north, with a similar average grade and geological terrain, geology, and deposit mineralization shared between the two projects. Blackwater is currently one of the world’s largest open-pit in-development projects, with mine construction set to begin in Q2 2023 and production anticipated for 2024. Artemis currently has a market-cap of ~$850M and recently closed a $175M bought deal financing in October 2022 and another $385M in January 2023.
Jeremy Hanson, Carlyle Director, and VP of Exploration will run the Newton work program. He was instrumental in the Garibaldi Resources Corp (GGI.V) Nickel Mountain discovery in 2017 in the Golden Triangles Eskay Creek. A significant difference between the Newton Project and the Nickel Mountain project is the ability for Carlyle to work year-round. Garibaldi’s share price ran from a low of ~$0.17 CDN to ~$4.50
The Newton Project is not only attractive for its resource potential and geological similarities to the Blackwater Project, but also for its strategic location. It lies in a mining-friendly jurisdiction, well-established infrastructure, and a readily available skilled workforce. BC is also home to some of the largest gold and copper mines in the world, such as the Red Chris, Mount Milligan, and Highland Valley Copper mines.
Carlyle Commodities Corp has assembled a highly experienced team with a track record of success in the mining industry. The team is led by CEO and Director, Morgan Good, who has over 20 years of experience in the mining industry.
The company’s technical team led by Jeremy and his team have a unique opportunity to unlock the full potential of the deposit and increase the resource size.
Carlyle’s recent share consolidation and capital raise put the company in a strong financial position to advance the Newton Project and execute its growth strategy. With the Phase 1 drill program completed with positive assay results, now may be the perfect time for investors to consider Carlyle Commodities Corp as a potential investment opportunity in the gold mining sector.
In summary
Gold’s time to shine may be just around the corner, and Carlyle Commodities Corp’s Newton Gold and Silver Project could be a prime opportunity to capitalize on this potential trend. With a highly experienced team, strategic location, and potential for resource expansion, Carlyle Commodities Corp is well-positioned to unlock the full potential of the Newton Project and deliver value for its shareholders.
